We are very excited to announce that our very own Shop is now open in Normandy, alongside our Café.
We have decided it is best to have a gradual approach so we opened last Thursday, without making any announcements, and will now increase our days over the coming weeks. We will keep you updated weekly on our opening hours.
Shop Opening Times w/c 21 August 2023 – Wednesday to Saturday 9am to 3pm.
As in previous weeks, the café will be fully open Thursday to Saturday. In addition, on Wednesday, the shop will open from 9 to 3 and we will be offering Teas, Coffees, Cakes & Savouries.
Staggering the opening means that we have a few days in between to deal with any issues that may come up, refine the layout, and order more products. It also means we have time to recruit more, much needed, volunteers.
During the first couple of weeks, we will be building up our fresh perishable products, so we won’t have all our lines of produce from the word go. This will enable us to adjust to customer demand and ensure we are not wasting products that may go out of date quickly.
Our aim is that during September we will have our shop fully stocked and hopefully open 6 days a week.
Over the next few weeks, we will be releasing information, announcing products, and keeping you updated on our progress.
