Jane Young – Kitchen Manager

Jane, the kitchen champion, is responsible for all of the wonderful specials you see day to day at the café. She has worked in catering 15 years, after switching careers from being a tree surgeon.

Starting with us in May 2025, Jane is the newest addition to the team, working hard to support her 3 kids, 2 cats, and a dog, all while feeding the whole of Normandy. 

In her time off she loves a bit of true crime, so if you see her feel free to ask about the latest grizzly case!

Will Willis – Assistant Manager

Will, our coffee expert, attended university in nearby Farnham to study Acting and Performance. After moving home for 2 years he couldn’t keep away from lovely Surrey, and moved back to Tongham in 2023.

Joining us in January 2024 Will is now our longest serving paid staff member, and a well recognised figure around the village. If you see him around, feel free to talk to him about coffee, theatre, music, or model painting!

Wendy Blinco – General Manager

Wendy, our head honcho moved here from Suffolk to Guildford 14 years ago, and comes with 35 years of hospitality management, including a stint at nearby Rokers.

Taking over from our previous General Manager in April 2025, Wendy is wielding her significant experience and expertise to Bring NCSAC up to date and operating effectively.

Wendy has a daughter and 2 cats, and loves a a good holiday somewhere warm and sunny, if you see her, ask her where she’s headed next!
