Before we opened the shop and café, we ran a temporary market involving local suppliers. Once we opened we were keen to incorporate the market products and/or keep the market running on Fridays.

From a lease perspective, we were given permission to hold the market only until the shop and café is open. We know it has become a regular place to shop and are doing everything continue with this event. We definitely will continue to work with Boz and Ali to provide an excellent selection of fruit and vegetables and we have agreed for BrownBread and the fish van to continue to attend each Friday. 

We plan to continue to provide an excellent selection of the goods you could previously find in the market – some will deliver to our shop – for other goods we shall aim to provide similar quality products.
